Here are the specs on my computer:
Asus A8N SLI-Deluxe motherboard
250 GB Seagate SATA hardrive
1 GB of memory (I actually have 1 GB and a 512 MB stick, but it reads only as 1 GB)
2 x Geforce PCI-express 6600 (running SLI, 256 mb a piece)
Samsung 19″ LCD monitor; VGA (600:1, 12 ms response time)
Integrated 8 channel audio
1.8 GHz AMD Athlon 64
DVD burner and DVD/CD-ROM player (1 of each)

Could yall please rank the following upgrade options in order of most helpful:
1. Buying another 1GB and a 512 mB sticks of RAM to give me 3GB of RAM.
2.Buying a 2.2-2.4 Ghz AMD Athlon X2 (Dual Core) processor
3. A 19-22″ Widescreen DVI output monitor
4. A designated sound card
5. Something else.

Thanks.
The Graphics cards are 6600 LE’s.
How much am I losing by having a VGA instead of a DVI output on my monitor?

Do I have to install drivers for the monitor itself if yes, where can I find it ?

My computer is Intel P4 2.40 GHz 512MB Ram, (its not having VGA slot).

Xtranote : I tried every short of adjustment from properties and Monitor, did not work..

Thanks in Advance….

CPU
Intel Core i7 2600K Sandy Bridge 3.40GHz 8MB 95W LGA1155

Motherboard
ASUS P8P67 Pro Rev 3.0 Intel P67 DDR3 USB3+SATA3 Raid SLI+ CrossFire LGA1155 PCI-E

Memory
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8 Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3-1600 CL8

GPU
ASUS ENGTX560 Ti DCII TOP/2DI/1GD5 Geforce GTX 560 1GB GDDR5 PCI-E

PSU
Corsair TX850 850W Series Power Supply

Case
CoolerMaster CM 690 II Advanced Nvidia Edition Mid Tower

HDD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200.12 32MB SATA 3 6Gb/s (ST31000524AS)

SSD
Corsair Force F40 40GB 2.5″ SandForce (Solid State Disk) SATA II
(I WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE TO Corsair Force F60 60GB 2.5″ SATA II OR EVEN Corsair Performance 3 Series 64GB 2.5″ SATA III IF BUDGET WILL ALLOW IT)

Cooling
Razer Banshee StarCraft Gaming Headset

Mousemat
Razer Vespula Mouse Pad

Webcam
Microsoft LifeCam HD-5000

All of these products are available on computerlounge.co.nz which is the ONLY place I will be buying from, so if you have any suggestions make sure its on there.

I want to run ANYTHING for the next year on at least high quality, maybe not extreme for the newer games coming out. Will everything there run properly together and are there any parts you would change to either save money or provide an amazing price increase. My favorite brands are ASUS and Razer, my least favorites are Logitech and Dell.
