23.6inch 24inch 25.5inch or 27.5inch ?which size is good for gaming and watch movies ? 27.5inch is too big for gaming ? 23.6 24 25.5inch really matter ? reallly big differrent ?

why wont my computer start? all the parts are brand new!?

ok, i recently built a new computer. it has an AsRock dual-sata II mobo, 2 gbs of patriot mem(cas 2), an amd athlon 3000+, hiper red 580watt psu, asus geforce 6600, hitachi 80gb sata hard drive, dvd drive, cd burner, floppy drive, 2 80mm vantec tornadoes, 2 80mm aerocool x-blasters, , one UV cathode, a red led side fan, couple LED’s on the front, and a standard 56k modem. i dont know if the hard drive is sata I or sata II, but i figured it wont cause this problem. when i plug everything in and hit the power button, the lights just flash, like its trying to power everything, but it wont start up. im 99% sure nothing’s plugged in wrong, cuz i went through every wire like 10 times. Long story short, brand new everything, hooked up right, wont start. id really like some help with this, thanks in advance!
yea, it amazes me that some of you guys are stupid enough to think someone wouldnt plug it in. if it wasnt plugged in, how would the lights power up at all??
Just built brand new computer but it will not boot. What could be the problem?

I have searched the web for solutions but cannot find any potential fixes. Here is my system config:
ASUS A8N-SLI Premium MoBo
AMD 3700 CPU
nVidia 6600 video card
DDR 2100 X 3
Lian Li case
ATX 400 Watt Power Supply
I have 3 sticks of DDR 2100 RAM but the board is asking for DDR 3200. I have 2 sticks ordered and should get them tomorrow. The board does say it will take DDR 2100 though. Anyway, when I get everything hooked up and turned on, all the fans are running and the green LED light is blaring but it never boots up. No LED changes, no beeps, etc… What could be holding it back from booting up?
Thanks for your answers thus far. I should clarify that everything is brand spankin new in this system besides the DDR 2100 RAM. New AMD processor, new board, new video card, etc… My new RAM will be here today and hopefully that will boot this sucker up.
